WHAT TO USE THE HELPLINE FOR:

There are many different ways you can use our helpline. Here are a couple of the most popular messages:

  1. Reporting other people for not showing respect. You need to remember to be an UPSTANDER and make sure that you tell somebody if they are not showing respect. You can either tell a trusted adult or the helpline on the left - which can be anonymous or not.

  2. Reporting somebody who is not showing you respect. You need to talk to a trusted adult or our helpline. You can put into as much detail as you want. If you are talking to someone you need to make it clear to them that you can do it in your own time and that they should not rush you.
